Data processing |
Trimmomatic (version: 0.33) was used to filter out the low quality bases and adapter sequences. Clean reads longer than 36 bp at both ends were kept for further processing. TopHat (version: v2.1.1) with bowtie2 (version: 2.3.5.1) was used to align the paired end RNA-Seq reads to human reference genome (hg19). HTSeq (version: 0.11.2) was used to count the mapped reads on the transcripts corresponding to each gene. DESeq2 was used for normalization and differential expression analysis. Assembly: hg19 Supplementary files format and content: tab-delimited text files include raw reads counts for each Sample
