Status Public on Aug 18, 2005
Title Primary mouse keratinocytes_GFP_48h_replicate 2
Sample type RNA

Source name Primary mouse keratinocytes, GFP, 48h, replicate 2
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics Primary mouse keratinocytes
Extracted molecule polyA RNA
Label Biotin-labeled

Description Total RNA was purified from primary mouse keratinocytes infected with adeno-GFP for 48 hours. PolyA+ RNA was reverse trnscribed and used for biotin-labeled cRNA probe prepatation and hybridization to Affymetrix U74Av2 gene chips according to manufacturer's instruction. cRNA probes from this condition were tested in duplicate.
