Following fragmentation, all arrays were hybridized at 45C for 16 hr.

GeneChips were scanned using an AFX GC3000 G7 scanner.

Data processing |
The gene expression raw data were extracted using the AFFX Gene Chip Operation System. Quality control was performed on the basis of Affymetrix quality control metrics. The data were analyzed with the Gene Spring GX 11.0 (Agilent).
