Title |
oocyte NT embryo (4852796007 C) |
Sample type |
RNA |
Source name |
NT embryo
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Characteristics |
cell type: NT embryo
Treatment protocol |
The genome of the mouse zygote or the mouse blastomere was exchanged at mitosis. The extent of reprogramming was determined during the following cell cycle.
Growth protocol |
mouse embryos were cultured in KSOM
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
PicoPure RNA isolation kit (Arcturus)
Label |
biotin
Label protocol |
Biotin label introduced according to protocols of the Illumina Total Prep RNA Amplification Kit
Hybridization protocol |
Hybridization according to Illumina protocols on Illumina Sentrix Mouse Expression BeadChip RefSeq 8 v1.1 (GPL6103) or Mouse Expression BeadChip® RefSeq 8 v2.0 (GPL6885) as indicated. Arrays are hybridized, washed, blocked and stained with streptavidin-Cy3. The protocol is WGGEX Direct Hybridization Assay Guide (11322355 A).
Scan protocol |
According to Illumina protocols with Illumina iScan. Protocols can be found on the illumina web page.
Description |
4852796007 C
NT embryos generated with MII oocytes and tail tip fibroblasts at interphase as nuclear donors. Biological duplicate. 2d post transfer
Data processing |
Data were normalized to average signal, background was subtracted using Illumina GenomeStudio. There are two series presented in a SuperSeries. One series was generated with GPL6103, the other with GPL6885. Normalized data are presented only for probes present in both GPL6103 AND GPL6885. Hybridization duplicates were not used for data analysis, but only for quality control.
