Characteristics |
Columbia ecotype containing CBF3 promoter-driven luciferase transgene. As described in Chinnusamy, V., Ohta, M., Kanrar, S., Lee, B.H., Hong, X.H., Agarwal, M., and Zhu, J.K. (2003). ICE1: a regulator of cold-induced transcriptome and freezing tolerance in Arabidopsis. Genes Dev. 17, 1043-1054.
|
Treatment protocol |
Treated at 0C for 24 hours just prior to harvesting.
|
Growth protocol |
The wild-type and ice1 mutant seeds were plated on MS agar plates supplemented with 3% sucrose. Seedlings were grown at 22C with 16-h light and 8-h dark cycles for 2 weeks before being treated.
