Source name |
Pefl-1 EFL-1:GFP:FLAG whole animal
|
Organism |
Caenorhabditis elegans |
Characteristics |
strain: YL424 Stage: L1 chip antibody: GFP
|
Extracted molecule |
genomic DNA |
Extraction protocol |
Chromatin was sheared to 200-800 bp using a Branson sonifier microtip, immunoprecipitated using anti-GFP antibody and purified using Qiangen PCR purification kit. The protocol for library preparation was modified from the protocol "Preparing Samples for sequencing genomic DNA" by Illumina. The antibody to GFP was provided by the laboratory of A.A. Hyman, at Max-Planck Institution in Dresden, Germany.

Description |
Chromatin IP against EFL-1 using anti-GFP
|
Data processing |
Sequence reads were aligned to the reference genome (WS182), and the fragment count at any given position was estimated as the number of uniquely aligned reads oriented towards it and within 200-bp. Peaks were determined using Peakseq program.
