Treatment protocol |
Embryo was injected ventrally at the four-cell stage with noggin and dkk-1 plasmid and eGFP mRNA. Embryos were sorted for proper ventral targeting at early stg. 10 by eGFP fluorescence. At stg. 11.5 embryos were bisected and 10 ventral halves were saved for RNA isolation.
