Status Public on Nov 26, 2024
Title K192R_4
Sample type SRA

Source name brain
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics tissue: brain
cell line: UTSW63
cell type: human glioblastoma
genotype: shSUCLG1 rSUCLG1 K192R
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol the total RNA of these two groups with 3 biological replicates was extracted by RNeasy Plus Kits and used for construction of the library.
The library was ready after end repair, A-tailing, adapter ligation, size selection, amplification, and purification using QIAseq Stranded RNA Library Kit by Novogene company

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 2500

Data processing RNA-seq reads were mapped to reference genome of Illumina iGenomes UCSC hg38 using TopHat version 2.1.0.
Mapped reads were summarized for each gene using featureCounts version 1.5.0.
Differential expression analysis was implemented using edgeR version 3.16.5.
Reads Per Kilobase of exon per Megabase of library size (RPKM) were calculated using edgeR version 3.16.5.
Assembly: hg38
Supplementary files format and content: Tab-delimited text files include RPKM values for each Sample
