Toal RNA was extracted by using Eastep® Super Total RNA Extraction Kit (Promega) from cotyledon with three replications mRNAs with polyA tails were enriched by Oligo(dT) magnetic beads, and mRNAs were obtained by removing ribosomal RNAs from the total RNAs.
