Extraction protocol |
Samples were extracted from human patients during surgical resection of lung tumors. RNA was extracted with Trizol followed by DNAse I treatment and purification (RNeasy RNA purification kit, Qiagen). The purified RNA was quantified with Nanodrop and checked by Bioanalyzer for the quality.
