Following fragmentation, cRNA were hybridized for 17+/-1 hr at 45C on Human Genechip 1.0st arrays. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 400. GeneChip Hybridization, Wash, and Stain Kit (Affymetrix) was used.
