Extraction protocol |
Lung RNA isolated from whole lung homogenates using the TRIzol method and cleaned with a Rneasy Mini Kit. Aorta was homogenized with a Qiagen Tissue Lyser and RNA was isolated using the Rneasy fibrous mini kit. Whole blood RNA was isolated using the Mouse RiboPure Blood RNA Isolation Kit and globin RNA was removed using the GLOBINclear kit.
