Sample type |
RNA |
Source name |
Human Hodgkin Lymphoma Cell Line
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Characteristics |
treatment: infected uninduced shREL-B cell line: L1236
Treatment protocol |
HL cell lines were spin-infected using a retrovirus that delivers a specific shRNA to knock down REL-B expression twice in consecutive days. Cell are split into two populations. One is infected and uninduced and the second one is treated with doxyciline to induce the expression of REL-B shRNA.
Growth protocol |
Hodgkin Lymphoma cells are culture in RPMI medium supplemented with 20% FBS
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
TRIZOL
Label |
biotin
Label protocol |
Sense strand cDNA was fragmented and labeled using Affymetrix WT terminal labeling kit.
Hybridization protocol |
Samples wre hybridize to Affymetrix human Gene ST 1.0 GeneChIP in Affymetrix hybridization oven at 45C, 60 rpm for 16 hours.
Scan protocol |
Slides were scanned on Affymetrix geneChip scanner 3000.
Data processing |
Data were collected using Affymetrix AGCC software. Statistical and clustering analysis was performed with Partek genomics Suite software using RMA normalization algorithm.
