biological replicate 1 7917911014_B
|
Data processing |
Image data were converted into unnormalized Sample Probe Profiles using the Illumina BeadStudio software and processed using the Model-Based Background Correction method (Xie, Wang, & Story, 2009). All gene expression values were log2 transformed and quantile normalized. Significance Analysis of Microarrays (Tusher, Tibshirani, & Chu, 2001) was used to identify differentially expressed genes among different groups using a false discovery rate of less than 10% and fold fold-change >2 as criteria.
