Status Public on Sep 17, 2003
Title 24-1
Sample type RNA

Source name NB 4 cells
Organism Homo sapiens
Extracted molecule total RNA

Description NB 4 cells were mock-treated for 24 hours. Apoptosis was measured using annexin V-FITC and propidium iodide (PI) according to the manufacturer's protocol. RNA was also isolated using Trizol. Targets were produced using standard Affymetrix procedures from about 8ug of total RNA. One of three replicates processed in parallel.
Keywords = Homo sapiens, RNA degradation, apoptosis, microarray
