Design: High molecular weight genomic DNA was extracted using the Maxwell RSC cultured cells DNA kit. The sequencing library was prepared with the Native Barcoding Kit 96 V14 (SQK-NBD114.96) according to the manufacturers protocol (Oxford Nanopore Technologies). The library was subsequently sequenced on a MinION using an R10.4.1 flow cell for 72 h.
