Title |
C19ORF66 broadly escapes viral-induced endonuclease cleavage and restricts Kaposi’s Sarcoma Associated Herpesvirus (KSHV) |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We report the application of RNA-seq to identify the mRNA targets of 4 herpesviral endonucleases and uncovered a cluster of transcripts escaping degradation from all tested endonucleases.

|
|
Overall design |
mRNA profiles were obtained from HEK-293T cells that were transfected with 4 herpesviral endonuclease, cells sorted and total mRNA extracted, polyA enriched and after library prep were sequences on a HiSeq 4000
