Title Genome-wide maps of chromatin state in human primary CAR-T cells [RNA-seq]
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We report the transcriptomic and epigentic profile of human primary CD19-28z CAR-T cells.

Overall design CRISPR gene editing was used to delete MED12 or the "safe harbor" control gene AAVS1. Gene-edited CAR-T cells were cultured in vitro for 15 days. Unstimulated cells were collected on day 15. Stimulated cells were collected after 3 hours of stimulation with plate-bound anti-idiotype antibodies specific for the CAR.
