Title |
The cooperation between HAND2 and MYCN on DNA binding [HAND2-overexpression_ChIPseq] |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
HAND2 assists MYCN bind to DNA.
|
|
|
Overall design |
In the HAND2 stably transfected IMR32 cells (IMR32tetHAND2), HAND2 expression is Doxcycline (Dox) inducible. The IMR32tetHAND2 cells were treated with or without Dox for 6 hr or 36 hr, and ChIP seq was performed using anti-HAND2 antibody and anti-MYCN antibody.
