Overall design |
Here we provide strand-specific sequencing of Okazaki fragments (OK-seq) and measurement of DNA replication fork directionarity (RFD) in DT40 cells. RFD reveals the proportion of rightward- and leftward-oriented forks in every genomic locus and allows a quantitative analysis of replication initiation, progression and termination along the genome.
