control_JA_rep4 Many seedlings were grown in liquid medium and were harvested for RNA extraction.

Data processing |
Images were quantified using Agilent Feature Extraction Software (version 9.1.3.1). Agilent Feature Extraction Software (v 9.1.3.1) was used for background subtraction. After that, the signal of each probe was divided by the median value of filter-passed probes.
