Growth protocol |
HepaRG human hepatoma cells were purchased from Biopredic International (Rennes, France). Differentiated HepaRG cells were grown following suppliers’ protocol (Biopredic) in Williams E medium (Invitrogen), supplemented with 2mM Glutamax (Invitrogen), 10% ADD670 supplement (Biopredic International) and maintained at 37°C in an atmosphere of 5% CO2.
