Hybridization protocol |
Oligoarray hybridization buffer, block (both from Agilent In Situ Hybridization Kit Plus), and Cot-1 DNA (Life Technologies) were added to each sample prior to application to microarrays enclosed in Agilent SureHyb-enabled hybridization chambers. After hybridization for 24 hours, slides were washed sequentially as described by the manufacturer.
