Adaptor sequences and low quality bases with PHERD scores (Q) ≤ 30 were removed. And we employed Trimmomatic for removal of adapter sequences. The read mapping into assembled transcriptome was performed using tophat2 Finally, HTSeq-count was employed for quantification. Genome_build: We used watermelon reference genome (97103) version 1 in Curcurbit Genomics Database. Supplementary_files_format_and_content: TSV file for each sample
