Description |
Total RNA was extracted from a mid-log phase JAY270 culture in rich media (YPD, 30C). Total RNA was extracted from a mid-log phase JAY309 culture in rich media (YPD, 30C).

Data processing |
The log2 R/G ratio for all probes in the arrays were collapsed to a single value in the case of repeated probes and normalized according to the median value for the entire array.
