Hybridization protocol Equal amounts of Cy5 and Cy3-labeled cDNA (~2 ug each) were competitively hybridized to microarrays containing all S. cerevisiae ORFs and Intergenic regions. The hybridization and array washing protocol was the same as described in DeRisi et al, 1997, Science 278:680.
Scan protocol Array scanned in Genepix 4000b scanner.
Description Total RNA was extracted from a mid-log phase JAY270 culture in rich media (YPD, 30C).

Data processing The log2 R/G ratio for all probes in the arrays were collapsed to a single value in the case of repeated probes and normalized according to the median value for the entire array.
