Growth protocol |
P19 cells, P19 cells derived pluripotent stem cells and R1 ES cell were all cultured in DMED containing 15%FBS, nonessential amino acids, 2-mercaptoethanol, and 1000 units/ml leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF). All cells were cultured in incubator containing 5% CO2 at 37℃.

Gene expression data from cancer cells derived pluripotent stem cells

Data processing |
The raw data was analyzed by R/BioConductor software and then output for further analysis. RMA was used to normalize the data with scale median=500. Then one way ANOVA (Matlab 7.5 )was used to screen out the differentially expressed genes.
