Growth protocol |
Sox17-inducible ES cells were grown for 5days prior to harvesting. ES media consists of: 85% KO-DMEM; 15% fetal bovine serum (Hyclone); 1% L-glutamine (Invitrogen); 1% β-mercaptoethanol (Invitrogen); 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin (Invitrogen) 103IU of LIF (Chemicon). No MEFs were used in these experiments.
