Adult animals 8 weeks of age were injected with 2.5mg tamoxifen in 100uL sunflower oil daily for 5 consecutive days and allowed a ten day washout period before experments were performed.

Mice were bred and raised to 8 weeks of age using standard approved animal care committee methodology.

Samples were demultiplexed using cellranger mkfastq with bclfastq2. Samples were aligned and output matrices generated using cellranger count for alignment. cellranger aggregate was used to aggregate multiple samples for combined analysis Genome_build: mm10 with appended tdTomato and EGFP sequences Supplementary_files_format_and_content: gene matrices, cell barcode and gene list are included as .mtx, .tsv and .tsv files, respectively
