2i conversion was performed using MEK inhibitor (2 μM) and GSK inhibitor (12 μM) from StemGent in LIF supplemented ES media.

Growth protocol |
Low passage primary MEFs were grown in DMEM (Wisent) supplemented with 10% FBS (Wisent), 10 μg/mL penicilin and streptomysin (Sigma), and 2 mM L-glutamine (Sigma). J1 ES cells and iPS cell clones were grown on arrested feeder cells under standard conditions in the presence of LIF. EOS3F-24, -28, and -29 iPS cells were mantained under 1 μg/ml puromycin selection.
