Mus musculus |
Characteristics |
treatment: Trastuzumab 30 µg/ml 30 days then w/o 30 days cell line: MAMBO43TRNT241016
|
Treatment protocol |
trastuzumab treated cells were kept in contact with 30 μg/ml of trastuzumab for 30 or 60 days
|
Growth protocol |
Cell lines were stabilized and cultured in DMEM (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Monza, Italy) that was supplemented with 20% fetal bovine serum (FBS, Thermo Fisher Scientific), 30 µg/ml bovine pituitary extract (Corning Life Sciences, Glendale, AZ, USA) and 0.5% v/v MITO Serum Extender (Corning). Cell cultures were maintained at 37°C in a humified 5% CO2 atmosphere.

Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Total RNA was extracted from cell pellets using Trizol Reagent (Thermo Fisher), according to the manufacturer’s instructions. RNA-seq libraries were generated using TruSeq RNA Sample Prep Kit v2 (Illumina), according to the manufacturer’s recommendations
