Ambion WT Expression kit was used to prepare the cDNA, which was then labeled using the Affymetrix GeneChip WT Terminal Labeling kit (Affymetrix).

Hybridization protocol |
The labeled, fragmented ssDNA was hybridized to the GeneChip Mouse Gene 1.0 ST Array (Affymetrix) in a GeneChip Hybridization Oven 640 at 45°C with rotation (60 rpm). The hybridized samples were washed and stained using an Affymetrix GeneChip Fluidics Station 450.

Scan protocol |
After washing and staining, the probe array was scanned using Affymetrix GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G system and the software Genechip Command Console Software (AGCC).

Data processing |
The data were analyzed with the GeneSpring GX software (version 11.5.1, Agilent Technologies) in the following settings: Summarization Algorithm, RMA16; Confidence level, All; Baseline Options, Do not perform baseline transformation.
