Cardiac cell differentiation protocol followed Burridge et al., 2014 specifications. No treatment was applied after cell differentiation.

Growth protocol |
Prior to cardiac differentiation hPSC cells were maintained in E8:mTeSR [(1:1), Stemcell Technologies, #85850] with daily change. Established hPSC-CM were cultivated with RPMI-1640 supplemented with B27 and insulin until the end of protocol.
