Treatment time: 3 days
In-vivo treatment: Six to twelve week old mice were injected subcutaneously with 5 x 10(5) B16 melanoma cells. Ten to fourteen days later, they were irradiated with 5 Gy total body irradiation (TBI) and given 1 x 10(5) un-transduced pmel-1 CD8+ T cells (Mock cells).
