Media=soil,Temperature=21°C DAY 19°C NIGHT, Light=15000LUX,soil water content 60%. After 3 days of stratification, the seeds were grown for 8 days in previous growth conditions, before the installation of the seedlings on the Phenoscope for 19 days. The water content was decreased to 60% over the first 4 days and then maintained to 60% for the rest of the experiment. In the Nitrogen-sufficient condition, the plants were watered with a solution containing 5mM of NO3.
