Newborn mice were administered LV.ET.LTR. Mice were euthanized if sick or at different time point according to the genetic model. Liver masses were sampled for nucleic acid analyses.

Following fragmentation, biotinylated cRNA probe (25 ng/uL in 100 uL hybridizationconcktail) were hybridized for 17 hr at 45C on GeneChip mouse 1.0 ST array. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450 (protocol FS450_0007).
