Up to 10 animals were pooled per sample. Animals were steady state or received LPS 0.4mg/kg, i.p. for 4 consecutive days.

Cell were isolated by fluorescent activated cell sorting on a BD FACS Aria II directly into RLT lysis buffer and total RNA was extracted using the Qiagen RNA easy mini kit (Qiagen).
