scRNA-sew: Raw sequencing data were demultiplexed and FASTQ files were generated using bcl2fastq software (Illumina, v2.20.0.422). Using salmon, FASTQ files were mapped to the GRCm39 mouse reference genome and count matrices were constructed with the R package tximport.
