Title CD248 knockdown in in vitro differentiated adipocytes exposed to hypoxia

Summary Human adipose tissue derived stem cells were differentiated to adipocytes in vitro. At the end of differentiation, cells were treated with siRNA targeting CD248 followed by exposure to 1% oxygen levels.
Microarray analysis were performed to identify differentially regulated genes.
 
Overall design The experiment provides information regarding the genes differentially expressed by CD248 knock down and how the response to hypoxia is influenced by reduced CD248 levels. Cells were lysed for RNA at the end of differentiation.
