The genetic lesions that drive acute megakaryoblastic leukemia (AMKL) have not been fully elucidated. To search for AMKL gene, we subjected 9 AMKL cell lines and 39 non-AMKL acute myeloid leukemia cell lines to microarray gene expression analysis.
